List special commendation OK certification

If a landlord does not qualify for the Landlord OK certification because after the inspection of the house it appears that the rent price is liberalized, Huurteam Utrecht can decide to give the landlord a special commendation. This is possible if the rental agreement is correct and unambiguous, if the service costs are settled correctly and the maintenance is in order and kept up to date.
